Biden Invites GOP Senators to White House to Discuss Pandemic Relief Plan

President Joe Biden on Sunday invited a group of Republican senators to meet with him at the White House after they requested a meeting with the president to propose an alternative CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus stimulus package. White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said in a statement that Biden had received a letter signed by 10 Republican senators and invited the signers to the White House early this week “for a full exchange of views.” The lawmakers said they had developed their own framework for a COVID-19 relief package, which they say builds on previous relief bills that had passed with bipartisan support. “Our proposal reflects many of your stated priorities, and with your support, we believe that this plan could be approved quickly by Congress with bipartisan support.  We request the opportunity to meet with you to discuss our proposal in greater detail and how we can work together to …
