Appearing on MSNBC with Joy Reid, Pennsylvania Attorney General, a Democrat suggested the electoral college is “a broken system” and “a system that no longer has a safety valve.”
He concluded it should be replaced by a national popular vote system.
Monday, Hillary Clinton casted her electoral vote in NY for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.
She then tweeted “I believe we should abolish the Electoral College and select our president by the winner of the popular vote, same as every other office.”
